The Meyer wood design sushi trays are made up of selected hardwoods and the design is consistent in each piece. Each tray is sanded smooth and finished with non-toxic oil and topped with beeswax. Each tray has elevation with foot designs and the tray length is around 18 inches. Many trays have a kenzan flower arranger; some have small bowls for wasabi and sauce; some have both and some have no additions. You can also add extra chopsticks and rest for an additional $5 per set.
Leon hard Pfeifer Sushi Tray consists of two treated wood plates that are connected with a brushed stainless steel serving tray. The wooden trays have slots for chopsticks and a dipping well. Koa Wood products are hand-made in Hawaii and come in a variety of colors from gold to red and dark brown. The Koa wood trays are finished with bee's wax and mineral oil.
